The Saigon Grill in Fort Collins is a true delight to be having a meal at. The restaurant is so neat and makes you feel at home with its lovely Asian atmosphere. The food is so delicious, especially the steak Pho. With its delicious broth, perfectly cooked meat, and fresh vegetables, the Pho is my favorite dish at the restaurant. I truly love this restaurant and hope to come back soon!
Went here the other day for lunch to try out their Pho and I definitely wasn't disappointed! I ordered an appetizer of their Pork Steamed dumplings which were very flavorful and perfectly steamed. For the main dish I went with the Steak Pho. It was delicious! The steak was perfect and the broth was very good! The portion of noodles in the bowl was just the right amount too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food! I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

Busy but staff was able to seat right away. Had the pork dumplings and shrimp spring roll for appetizers. Then ordered sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Came with a side of steam rice. Service was great. Felt a little rushed to order. Was hoping for some type of egg drop soup or a sweet and sour included, but guess not. For two people, two apps, two entrees and two drinks with a 20% tip, paid a little under 50. Good place, I’ll be back.
Great Vietnamese food! We passed on the lunch specials which didn’t seem to be particularly value for money and went for the noodle bowl and pho instead. The combo noodle bowl was nice and fresh with a generous serving of grilled chicken and tons of crunchy vegetables. The pho was great too - the vegetable broth was delicate but very tasty. I would like liked the iced coffee to be served the traditional way instead of in a plastic cup, but the coffee itself was excellent.
I recently visited Saigon Grill and was blown away by the quality of the food. The Pho was truly amazing! The broth was perfectly seasoned and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Saigon Grill to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Five stars!
Great food, great service. Always been happy coming here. Good selection for drinks,food is fast and hot. Parking sometimes is a bear but you find a spot eventually
This food was awesome! I ordered take out and it was hot and ready when I got there, honestly I had expected to wait a few minutes but it was ready and waiting. The shrimp was large and plentiful which was so nice, and the flavor was just amazing. I will definitely be coming back here again when I visit Temple.
